This policy explains how refunds, cancellations and free trials work for Verified Origin plans.

Verified Origin is a premium WordPress plugin for reviewing website trust signals, originality concerns, AI-assisted writing indicators, business evidence, claim review guidance and weak content before publishing.

Verified Origin is supplied for business, professional, agency, publisher, freelancer, SEO and website-owner use. It is offered on a business-to-business basis and is not intended for personal, household or consumer use.

All plans include a 14-day free trial so business users can test the plugin before continuing with a paid subscription.

14-day free trial

Verified Origin offers a 14-day free trial on available plans so business users can test the plugin before committing to a monthly subscription.

During the trial, you can install the plugin, activate your licence and review whether the product is suitable for your website, agency or publishing workflow.

If you do not want to continue after the trial, you should cancel before the trial period ends.

Once the trial ends and a paid subscription begins, the subscription will continue monthly unless cancelled.

Business-to-business refund position

Because Verified Origin is supplied on a B2B basis and includes a free trial before payment, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By starting a paid plan, you confirm that you are subscribing for business, professional, trade, agency, publisher, website-owner or similar commercial use, and not as a consumer for personal or household purposes.

Refunds are not provided simply because you changed your mind, no longer need the plugin, did not use your scan allowance, forgot to cancel before renewal, selected the wrong plan, or chose not to use the plugin after payment.

This policy does not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. If a paid feature has a confirmed technical issue that prevents it from functioning as intended and the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable support, we may consider an appropriate remedy on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds after payment

Once a paid subscription has started, payments are generally final and non-refundable unless required by law or agreed by Verified Origin in exceptional circumstances.

When a remedy may be considered

A remedy may be considered if there is a confirmed technical issue that prevents the paid plugin features from functioning as intended and the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable support.

When refunds are not offered

Refunds are not offered for change of mind, unused scan allowance, failure to cancel before renewal, non-use after purchase, incorrect plan selection or a change in business needs.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription to prevent future renewals.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund payments already made.

After cancellation, your access to paid plugin features, scan allowances, Trust History, public trust reports and licence-based functionality may continue until the end of the current billing period, depending on your plan and account status.

Renewals

Verified Origin subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Users are responsible for managing their subscription and cancelling before renewal if they no longer want to continue.

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. This includes renewals where the plugin has not been used, scan allowance has not been used, or the cancellation request was made after the renewal payment had already been processed.

If a confirmed technical issue prevents access to paid plugin features and cannot be resolved after reasonable support, we may consider an appropriate remedy where required by law or at our discretion.
