All Verified Origin plans include a 14-day free trial before billing begins. Users may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid charges.

Business Use Only

Verified Origin is provided primarily for business, professional and commercial use. By purchasing or subscribing to Verified Origin, you confirm that you are using the service in connection with website publishing, content management, agency, SEO or related professional activities.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital software products, hosted services and API-supported functionality, refunds are generally not provided once a paid subscription or licence period has started.

Refund requests may be considered where:

• A duplicate payment has been made
• A billing error has occurred
• A technical fault prevents core functionality and cannot reasonably be resolved

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not normally be issued for:

• Change of mind after billing
• Unused scans or partial usage
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Compatibility issues outside supported environments
• Differences in scan interpretation, trust scoring or AI-risk assessment

Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel future renewals at any time from their account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create entitlement to a refund for previous charges.

Service Availability

Certain functionality may rely on third-party infrastructure, APIs or integrations. Temporary interruptions, scan delays or feature limitations caused by external providers do not automatically qualify for refunds.
